The role processes employee pay, validates and pays vacation, handles retroactive adjustments and employee benefits, prepares employment records and government forms, and produces payroll reports. Candidates need a DEC in accounting, administration, or a related field, relevant payroll processing experience, SAP payroll software knowledge, and Microsoft Office proficiency; unionized payroll, manufacturing, collective agreements, and labour standards experience are assets.
