The Payroll Analyst manages full-cycle, in-house payroll using Workday, ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely processing. Responsibilities include payroll recordkeeping, tax returns and payments, data integration with the general ledger and HRIS, reporting, employee support, payroll team development, budgeting, process improvement, and alignment with organizational goals. The role is based in Silver Spring, Maryland, requires five days in the office, and requires Workday experience.
