Description
Chicago Trading Company is hiring a Payroll Analyst to process semi-monthly United States payroll for more than 600 employees and expatriates, review United Kingdom and Netherlands payroll, support tax filings, respond to employee inquiries, improve payroll controls, and reconcile payroll accounts with Accounting and Tax teams. The role requires at least three years of payroll experience, direct payroll processing, payroll accounting and tax knowledge, strong communication and analytical skills, payroll-platform proficiency, and advanced Excel skills. The salary range is $90,000 to $110,000 USD, with an annual discretionary bonus, and the role follows a hybrid workplace model.
