Description
The Payroll Specialist will support end-to-end multi-country payroll delivery across EMEA, including monthly and fortnightly cycles, gross-to-net validations, reconciliations, statutory compliance, year-end activities, ADP Celergo and HRIS/payroll interface validation, employee queries, payroll accounting, funding and payment processes, and audit-ready documentation. The role requires four years of experience processing payroll across multiple jurisdictions, Excel proficiency, case-management experience, and strong stakeholder communication; ADP Celergo and Oracle HCM experience are highly valued, while Lean/Six Sigma and Workday experience are preferred.
