Cummins Comercializadora is hiring a Payroll Analyst for its HR Operations team in San Luis Potosí, Mexico. The role runs and reviews payroll simulations, improves payroll processes, performs data entry and calculations, validates pre- and post-payroll results, and explains pay, tax, and adjustment issues to employees. It requires 3–5 years of progressive payroll experience with a large US employer, SAP Payroll or ADP GlobalView experience, knowledge of federal, state, and local tax requirements, advanced Excel skills, and a bachelor’s degree in accounting, administration, or a related field. The position is hybrid, with three days onsite and two days at home.
