Description
The Payroll Analyst will plan, organize, and control the company’s payroll function across LATAM, supervising payroll processing, audits, ADP People+Talent data entry, employee records, leave management, vendor coordination, and process improvements. The role requires at least three years of experience managing complex payroll across different LATAM countries, a bachelor’s degree in a related discipline, English fluency, ADP People+Talent experience, strong Excel and communication skills, and the ability to handle confidential information.
