Description

The Payroll Analyst at Lilly Canada leads the Canadian payroll function, responsible for end-to-end payroll execution, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of payments, and adherence to tax and reporting obligations. This role involves driving process improvement through automation and AI, translating compliance and business requirements into practical solutions, and serving as the primary Canadian payroll contact for Global IT and HR Shared Services.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
Required Previous Experiences: 5+ years of payroll experience in a multinational corporate environment
Demonstrated experience leading payroll transformation and technology migration initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications: Solid system aptitude, preferably with Workday HCM/Payroll, including participation in implementation or continuous improvement projects.
SAP knowledge and advanced Excel proficiency
