Spectrum Health Care is hiring a Payroll Analyst in Toronto to process biweekly and semimonthly payroll for salaried, hourly, and independent-contractor employees; prepare payroll remittances and statutory filings; reconcile employee records across payroll, HR, and accounting systems; perform advanced reconciliations, month-end journal entries, and year-end closing; and provide payroll data insights and support automation projects. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, human resources, or a related field, at least three years of full-cycle in-house payroll experience, PCP designation, advanced Excel, and knowledge of Canadian payroll legislation. The position is fully in-office.
