Description
The Payroll Analyst will process and coordinate bi-weekly and monthly payrolls for over 3,000 employees in the United States and Canada, including payroll reports, reconciliations, year-end procedures, W-2s, deductions, garnishments, direct deposits, and employee inquiries. The role also maintains payroll records, prepares management reports, ensures compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws, resolves employee payroll issues, and supports special projects. The position requires a BA degree, at least six years of direct payroll experience, computer literacy, and strong communication and customer-service skills; Workday experience is preferred.
