Monks is hiring a Temporary Payroll Analyst to prepare and process US and Canada payroll for assigned entities, including over 700 full-time and part-time employees and contingent or freelance teams. The role handles bi-weekly and semi-monthly payrolls, payroll reconciliation, audits, tax compliance, HRIS and payroll-system updates, contractor billing, and cross-functional payroll support. Candidates need at least three years of experience processing medium- to large-size company payroll, including multi-state payroll; G Suite, Ceridian/Dayforce, and Workday experience are preferred. The position is subject to a return-to-office policy and offers a salary range of $80,000 to $95,000 CAD.
