The Payroll & Benefits Specialist will own full-cycle US and Canadian payroll processing, support UK and France payroll through third-party providers, maintain Rippling payroll data, resolve payroll tax notices, reconcile payroll and benefits, and support compliance audits. The role also handles leave intake, eligibility checks, pay impact, case tracking, return-to-work logistics, and employee benefits questions and changes. Candidates need 3–5 years of payroll processing experience, including multi-state US payroll; Canadian payroll, Rippling, US leave laws, and international payroll vendor experience are preferred or advantageous.
