Complete Landsculpture of Texas is hiring a Payroll & HR Coordinator to process weekly job-costed payroll for hourly and salaried employees in Texas and Oklahoma while providing Human Resources administration. The role reviews timecards and labor allocations, handles payroll adjustments and records, prepares payroll and job-cost reports, answers employee questions, and supports onboarding, benefits, recruiting, personnel records, and offboarding. It requires two to three years of payroll-processing experience, knowledge of payroll taxes and reconciliation, proficiency with Microsoft Office and payroll or HR systems, and strong organizational, communication, confidentiality, and deadline-management skills.
