Constaff is hiring a Payroll & Payroll Accounting Specialist in Heidelberg to support payroll processing and payroll accounting for its IT personnel service business. The role includes payroll processing in Datev, maintaining employee master data and payroll information, supporting working-time accounts, answering payroll follow-up questions, and communicating with authorities. Candidates should have tax-clerk or business training with payroll-accounting knowledge, ideally at least two years of payroll-accounting experience, Datev knowledge, MS Office and Excel skills, precision, teamwork, and very good German language skills.
