Magellan is hiring an experienced Payroll and Sick Leave Manager to support clients that outsource the recovery of daily allowances for Social Security or Provident Insurance. The role involves entering work absences, identifying unreimbursed absences, preparing salary certificates, analyzing discrepancies, coordinating with employees, clients, CPAM, and insurance organizations, preparing payroll and accounting entries, and performing bank and accounting reconciliations. The position reports to the Head of Sick Leave Operations and requires a Bac+2 degree in accounting, management, or payroll, plus two years of experience processing Social Security and Provident Insurance daily allowances, along with strong Excel, numerical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
