Description
The Payroll & Workforce Analytics Manager will stabilize and remediate the company’s multi-state and multi-country payroll process, then manage full-cycle payroll operations, payroll adjustments, commissions, year-end processing, general-ledger reconciliation, workforce analytics, labor-cost reporting, compliance, and external audit support. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field, at least five years of progressive multi-state corporate payroll experience, ADP Workforce Now expertise, advanced Excel skills, and strong general-ledger reconciliation and financial-control experience.
