Stitch Fix is hiring a Payroll Associate to own significant portions of the biweekly payroll cycle for 4,000+ employees across a complex, multi-state environment. The role includes payroll audits, timekeeping validation, exception and retroactive adjustment resolution, reconciliations, variance analysis, general ledger tie-outs, compliance support, and process improvement. The position requires at least three years of payroll experience in a high-volume, multi-state environment, strong Excel and payroll-system skills, and the ability to work independently with limited supervision. Compensation is $25.96–$35 USD, with medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
