Description
The Payroll Specialist supports end-to-end payroll operations for assigned LATAM countries from a global delivery environment, processing payroll, reviewing reconciliations and variances, resolving discrepancies and escalations, supporting compliance and integrations, and mentoring junior team members. The role requires 4–6 years of payroll experience with strong LATAM exposure, ICP-model experience, advanced Spanish proficiency, client-escalation experience, payroll compliance knowledge, advanced Excel skills, and availability for LATAM-aligned evening or night IST shifts.
