Payroll Clerk at CHAOS Industries

CHAOS Industries is hiring an onsite Payroll Clerk to support biweekly or semi-monthly payroll processing across multiple U.S. states and entities using Rippling. The role includes onboarding new hires, reviewing timecards, maintaining compliance with U.S. and international payroll rules, reconciling payroll data across Rippling, Greenhouse, and NetSuite, administering benefits and deductions, responding to employee inquiries, and maintaining audit-ready records. The position requires 3–5 years of payroll processing experience, familiarity with payroll and HRIS platforms, strong Excel skills, and attention to detail; Rippling experience is preferred. Compensation is $37–$44 per hour for base salary, with medical, dental, and vision benefits fully paid by the company.
