Payroll Clerk – Payroll Systems Migration at Knightscope

Knightscope is hiring a full-time, entry-level Payroll Clerk to support a major payroll systems migration and ongoing payroll operations. The role involves extracting and reconciling historical payroll, tax, benefits, and retirement data from ADP systems, comparing multiple data sets, troubleshooting Excel workbooks, coordinating with ADP and internal teams, and verifying timesheets, overtime, tax, direct deposit, and onboarding data after go-live. The position is on-site in Sunnyvale, California, with base pay of $30.00–$33.00 per hour, stock options, medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and PTO benefits.
