Description
The Payroll Compliance Analyst will ensure payroll operations comply with Australian and New Zealand legislation, Enterprise Bargaining Agreements, Modern Awards, superannuation requirements, and internal governance controls. The role conducts payroll audits and compliance testing, investigates discrepancies, maintains risk registers, supports internal and external audits, monitors legislative changes, analyzes payroll data, and improves processes and controls. It requires at least three years of experience in payroll compliance, governance, audit, or payroll operations, along with knowledge of Australian payroll requirements, payroll workforce management systems, and advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
