Description
The Payroll Consultant manages payroll quality, audits, controls, compliance, adjustments, payment tracking, reporting, HRIS collaboration, documentation, customer support, and process improvement. The role requires a college degree and at least four years of direct payroll, HR service center, ledger/accounting, or tax experience, with FPC or CPP designation preferred. It is a hybrid position based in Indianapolis, Indiana, with possible physical returns to the office in California, Indiana, or Maine as needed.
