Description
Magellan is hiring a Payroll Consultant to deliver consulting and operational support assignments for French payroll, including audits, compliance checks, production and rework, payroll and SIRH tool implementation, procedure drafting, client training, and regulatory monitoring. The role requires higher education in HR, payroll, labor law, or management, at least 5 to 8 years of payroll experience, and expertise in French payroll, labor law, social contributions, sick leave, IJSS, benefits, DSN, collective agreements, payroll tools, and Excel.
