Dayforce is hiring a full-time, salaried Payroll Delivery Manager I to lead payroll specialists and manage client payroll operations for an assigned book of clients. The role oversees payroll accuracy, compliance, audits, year-end and quarter-end processing, project rollouts, testing, service-level compliance, process improvements, resource utilization, and coaching of payroll specialists. It requires 2–4 years of high-volume US payroll experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to support operational hours between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, with intermittent travel and possible weekend or holiday work.
