Description
The Payroll Expert joins the People and Organization Operations Team and oversees payroll and HR administration for several legal entities in France representing more than 500 employees. The role covers full-cycle payroll processing, French labor and social-security compliance, HR and payroll data integrity, employee and management support, risk controls, audits, HR operations, external provider management, analytical reporting, and payroll-related projects including systems integration, automation, continuous improvement, digital transformation, and AI initiatives.
