SAGAFLOR is hiring a fixed-term Payroll HR Specialist (m/f/d) Compensation Processing for parental leave coverage for two years, available full-time or part-time in Kassel. The role prepares monthly payroll using DATEV LODAS, maintains employee master data, handles wage-tax and social-security reporting, advises employees and managers, prepares employment documents, and supports recruiting and HR processes. Candidates need commercial training or a comparable qualification, payroll-processing experience, and knowledge of wage-tax and social-security legislation; SAP knowledge is advantageous. The position offers mobile working up to two days per week and company benefits.
