Seso is seeking a Payroll Implementation Manager to lead the design, development, and scaling of their payroll implementation process. This role involves working closely with product and engineering teams, managing customer relationships, and ensuring data integrity during payroll transitions. The manager will iterate on product and process improvements, audit payroll data, and act as a primary advocate for customers, helping them achieve long-term success with Seso's platform.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 3+ years experience in payroll implementation management
Preferred Qualifications: Extreme sense of ownership and urgency when it comes to solving customer problems.
Comfortable in a fast paced environment where processes and products change often.
Experience building playbooks from scratch and scaling systems & processes
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships, demonstrate empathy, and influence decision making
Ability to prioritize customer needs, dig into pain points, problem solve with customers, and clearly communicate product needs to product and engineering teams
You have a demonstrable interest in agriculture and improving the lives of farmers and farmworkers (bonus)
Strong preference for Spanish speaking fluency
