Ericsson is hiring a Payroll and Statutory Compliance Manager in Dakar, Senegal, to manage local employee taxation, statutory compliance, labor law adherence, government liaison, payroll governance, filings, audits, and regulatory updates across Francophone African countries. The role requires a bachelor's degree, 8–12 years of payroll and statutory compliance experience, and experience managing payroll operations across multiple West African countries, with French fluency and systems experience in SAP, Workday, Oracle HCM, or Microsoft Excel preferred.
