The Payroll Manager oversees and directs payroll processing for numerous healthcare facilities, including bi-weekly payroll for 850+ employees, tax handling, deductions, compliance, reporting, and year-end payroll activities such as W-2 and 1095-C distribution. The role requires managing payroll adjustments, direct deposits, timekeeping, payroll tax filings, and resolving discrepancies while ensuring adherence to state and federal policies. A college degree in Business or Accounting or equivalent experience is preferred, along with strong leadership, communication, and attention to detail.
