Description
The Payroll Manager leads end-to-end multi-state payroll operations for Excelsia Injury Care’s clinic and corporate employees. The role oversees full-cycle payroll processing, compensation administration, time and attendance, leave integrations, tax compliance, year-end close, payroll accounting, system administration, integrations, internal controls, and financial reporting. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline and at least five years of progressive multi-state payroll experience, including two or more years leading payroll operations or managing complex payroll functions.
