The role focuses on monthly payroll processing using Accurat HCM, data quality and statistical analysis, stakeholder coordination, financial statement and audit participation, and continuous improvement of payroll processes. Candidates should have at least two years of professional payroll experience, knowledge of labour, tax, and social security law, strong Excel skills, and fluent German and English.
