Description
The Payroll Manager, APAC will lead and develop a team of experienced payroll professionals and subordinate supervisors or managers in Penang. The role is accountable for accurate, timely, compliant, and efficient payroll delivery across the assigned countries, including team performance, payroll controls, governance, complex issue resolution, process improvement, vendor management, stakeholder collaboration, budgeting, workforce planning, and reporting. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline and 10–12 years of relevant payroll experience, including leadership in a multinational or shared-services environment.
