Payroll Manager at Ace Electric

Ace Electric is hiring a full-time Payroll Manager to lead payroll operations for a large, multi-state construction workforce. Reporting to the Controller, the role oversees payroll accuracy, compliance, certified payroll and Davis-Bacon requirements, team development, process improvements, controls, reporting, system administration, reconciliations, audits, and year-end activities. The position requires at least five years of progressive payroll experience, two years of payroll leadership or process-ownership experience, and experience with certified payroll and Davis-Bacon requirements; construction payroll, Viewpoint Spectrum, and project-based payroll experience are preferred.
