Description
Acrisure is hiring a Payroll Manager to lead and manage payroll operations across a complex, multi-state and multi-entity organization. The role oversees full-cycle payroll processing, tax compliance, reconciliations, audits, year-end activities, implementations, acquisitions, integrations, process improvements, reporting, and escalation of complex payroll issues. The manager will supervise and develop the payroll team, coordinate with HR, Finance, Compliance, vendors, and business stakeholders, and maintain payroll processes in Workday, ADP, ServiceNow, and other systems. The position requires at least seven years of progressive payroll experience, including leadership of complex, high-volume, multi-state payroll operations, plus three years of people leadership experience and a bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience. The base compensation range is $103,000 to $140,000, with an on-site presence expected.
