Actionline is hiring a full-time Payroll Manager for an on-site role in Athens, working Monday through Friday in a morning schedule. The position manages end-to-end payroll for more than 600 employees, including salary calculations, compliance with Greek labor and social security legislation, insurance obligations, reporting, bank-file preparation, and coordination with HR, Finance, and Operations. Candidates need a relevant university degree, at least five years of payroll experience managing 300+ employees in a mass payroll environment, strong EpsilonNet PYLON HRM knowledge, advanced Excel and MS Office skills, and knowledge of Greek labor and social security law.
