Description
Bitdeer is seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to lead end-to-end payroll operations, including full-cycle processing, ADP administration, payroll tax compliance, filings, reconciliations, audits, reporting, and employee inquiries. The role also partners with HR, Finance, and Accounting; develops payroll controls; and leads, trains, and mentors payroll team members. The posting requires a bachelor’s degree, at least 8 years of progressive payroll experience, 3+ years of ADP experience, strong knowledge of multi-state payroll regulations, and advanced Excel proficiency; CPP certification and Mandarin ability are preferred.
