Cassia is hiring a full-time Payroll Manager to lead bi-weekly payroll operations for more than 5,000 employees across multiple legal entities using UKG payroll software. The role supervises six Payroll Staff employees, ensures compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws, manages payroll entries and reconciliations, supports audits, and leads process improvements. The position is based on-site in Edina, Minnesota, for five days per week during the first six months, with an option to work remotely two days per week afterward. Compensation is $90,000–$115,000 annually, and the role offers health, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
