Cherry Bekaert is hiring a full-time, on-site Payroll Manager to oversee end-to-end payroll operations for approximately 200 employees in a manual payroll environment. The role includes managing timekeeping systems, preparing payroll reports, ensuring federal, state, and local compliance, handling payroll tax filings and reconciliations, maintaining payroll records, supporting audits, and collaborating with HR and Accounting. Candidates should have experience managing payroll for mid-sized employee populations, strong knowledge of payroll taxes and compliance, attention to detail, and strong communication and problem-solving skills; construction-industry experience and Spanish bilingualism are advantageous.
