Description
Decagon is hiring a Payroll Manager to own global payroll operations, payroll accounting, and stock administration for U.S. and international entities. The role runs end-to-end payroll, manages equity compensation in Carta, closes payroll and equity, handles payroll taxes, documents and automates controls, and may expand into T&E, accounts payable, and month-end reconciliations. The position requires 4–6 years of progressive payroll experience, payroll tax and compliance expertise, equity compensation knowledge, and strong closing and reconciliation skills. Compensation is $140,000–$170,000 plus equity, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, parental leave, and other benefits.
