The role includes managing pensions and benefits, mentoring the UK Payroll Specialist, supporting People Operations, collaborating with Finance and Tax, conducting audits, and improving scalable payroll workflows. Candidates should have UK and European payroll experience, analytical problem-solving skills, payroll-platform and spreadsheet proficiency, strong confidentiality, and clear communication. The position follows an office-first hybrid model with four or more days per week in the office.
