Payroll Manager at Form Energy

Form Energy is hiring a Payroll Manager to lead and oversee end-to-end payroll operations for a manufacturing workforce, including complex shift differentials, labor distribution, FLSA compliance, payroll-to-accounting reconciliation, multi-state tax compliance, vendor governance, audits, automation, and executive reporting. The role reports to the Senior Director, Talent, Systems and Total Rewards and requires 8 years of experience in accounting, finance, HR, or related fields, including people management, plus 3–5 years managing payroll in a manufacturing or production environment. It is a hybrid position requiring onsite work three days per week from either Weirton, West Virginia, or Somerville, Massachusetts, with relocation assistance available.
