Description
Cannistraro is hiring a full-time Payroll Manager to oversee high-volume weekly payroll for its mechanical contracting business. The role manages payroll accuracy, compliance, tax filings, audits, reconciliations, union benefits, and payroll systems; supervises one Payroll Specialist; and leads process improvement and internal controls. Candidates need a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, at least five years of high-volume payroll experience, and experience managing payroll operations and supervising staff; construction, union, CPP, and CMiC experience are preferred or advantageous.
