Description
Polymarket is hiring a Payroll Manager to own end-to-end payroll processing and tax compliance for a growing, multi-state employee base. The role reports to the Controller and is responsible for payroll processing, timekeeping and benefits reconciliation, federal, state, and local tax withholding and remittance, payroll-system configuration, reporting, year-end filings, and process improvement. Candidates should have at least four years of progressive payroll or accounting experience, direct ownership of multi-state payroll and tax compliance, familiarity with Rippling or Deel, and a bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent experience.
