Description
Quaise Energy is hiring a Payroll Manager to lead end-to-end payroll operations, compliance, tax administration, HRIS and Paycom implementation, internal controls, audits, and payroll support across a multi-state workforce. The role requires extensive multi-state payroll experience, knowledge of wage and hour and tax regulations, and experience with payroll system implementations or HRIS conversions; Paycom and CPP certification are preferred. The position may evolve to include people-management responsibilities and may require occasional travel.
