The Self-Perform Payroll Manager at Riggs will oversee all payroll operations for the company's self-performing division, focusing heavily on union payroll administration and regulatory compliance. This role involves managing weekly payroll processing for both union and non-union employees, maintaining detailed payroll records, administering union payroll requirements, coordinating with various departments like Operations and HR, and investigating and resolving payroll issues. The manager will ensure adherence to collective bargaining agreements, certified payroll requirements, and all relevant federal, state, and local regulations.
