RyDGE Conseil is hiring a Payroll Manager in Rodez to own the full payroll process, including variable elements, social declarations, and administrative work from employee entry to departure. The role also involves advising clients, participating in internal training, and developing expertise for high-value consulting missions. It requires a Bac+2/3 degree or certified payroll training, strong knowledge of employment and social law, payroll expertise, at least three years of similar experience, and proficiency with SILAE software is preferred. The position is on a permanent contract (CDI).
