RYDGE Conseil is hiring a Payroll Manager to independently manage payroll and social filings for a client portfolio governed by multiple collective bargaining agreements, produce reliable payroll runs, advise clients on payroll issues, and support onboarding and file setup. The role also involves optimizing payroll configuration, using HRIS and related digital tools, and traveling to clients. It is a permanent hybrid position in Metz, with a Bac+2/3 degree in payroll or accounting and prior payroll experience preferred.
