Sierra Circuits is hiring an International Payroll Manager to oversee end-to-end payroll operations across the United States, India, and Canada. The role supervises a Payroll Administrator, manages biweekly U.S. payroll and variable compensation, coordinates tax remittances and funding, supports month-end and year-end close, develops global payroll policies and controls, leads process improvements and system integrations, and ensures compliance with payroll, tax, labor, and data-protection regulations. The position requires at least seven years of multi-state or multi-country payroll experience, payroll-system proficiency, and strong analytical and communication skills. It is an on-site role requiring rotation across local office locations, with a stated annual salary of 130,000 to 150,000 and medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
