TrendAI is hiring a permanent Europe Payroll Manager to oversee monthly payroll for approximately 900 employees across 27 European countries. The role manages payroll operations, vendor relationships, compliance, accounting reconciliations, process improvement, KPIs, and the payroll team, while partnering with HR, Finance, Tax, Legal, and Operations. Candidates need at least 3–5 years of experience in a European Payroll Manager or equivalent senior payroll leadership role, experience with outsourced payroll and multinational or shared-services environments, and knowledge of payroll accounting and General Ledger reporting.
