Description
VALD is hiring a Payroll Manager to own end-to-end global payroll delivery, statutory compliance, payroll controls, provider and platform management, and employee lifecycle administration across Australia, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Europe. Reporting to the CFO, the role manages pay runs, reconciliations, tax and statutory obligations, onboarding and offboarding, payroll reporting, and the development of documented controls and procedures. The position requires at least four years of experience, including multi-jurisdiction payroll, statutory obligations, payroll controls, employee lifecycle administration, and team leadership. The role is based in Newstead.
