DEME is hiring a Payroll Officer to manage end-to-end payroll operations for its India organization. The role covers payroll processing, input validation, MIS and reporting, dashboards, tax and statutory compliance, financial integrations, payroll records, discrepancy resolution, audits, and payroll-system improvements. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, 4 to 6 years of professional experience including at least 3 years of hands-on payroll experience, strong Excel and reporting skills, and knowledge of payroll processes, HR operations, and labor legislation.
